By accessing or using ZenLocal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ZenLocal is a local SEO intelligence platform that provides ranking tracking, competitor monitoring, audit tools, and related analytics for businesses and agencies. Access to the Service requires a paid subscription.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information.
• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Billing and Payment

• All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected).
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal platform usage.
• Share your account credentials with third parties or allow unauthorized access.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by ZenLocal and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you input into the platform. We claim no ownership over your business data.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenLocal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
